Where to start? Bare-bones, grungy ambience, like a college radio station. LOTS of great vinyl. Prices are generally from $2-4 except for the mint condition or collector’s items. Multiple genres. Classical music collection is great, too: chamber, opera, lieder, obscure, etc. I was visiting from out of town, and Adam, the proprietor, helped me with shipping my purchase back to me. One of my best used record experiences!
Fair collection of vinyl but not organized by genres. Prices are fair. Shop is roomy and neat. Worth to seek out. Good parking lot across on Edison St.
Best record shop in SLC. No questions asked. Always have great local artists in stock in all formats (vinyl, cassette and cd). Getting free tickets to shows is a huge plus too! I mean if Elvis Costello can dig it, it's gotta be decent!
Nice atmosphere in SLC. Fair prices and very nice Owner. Definitely more obscure vinyl, with not as much 60-80s rock/pop which is good and bad. All in all worth a visit!
I recently got a small record player and excited to build my vinyl collection. They had good selection of records and a friendly staff. I like how their records are all organized, it's so easy to find an artist you are looking for. And they also have lots of bargain bins full of records $1-5..
