Seems bigger than used to be. They were very rude. Wouldn’t let me in even though weren’t closing for five more minutes. Could’ve bought the three albums I wanted in that time. Their loss oh well. They used to be so nice. What a shame. I used to go there weekly or more and buy a dozen or more VHS each visit. If this is how they are now I understand why there is only one location left. So sad been going here my whole life.

Used to have ~500 CDs. Got a hair up my butt to rebuild that collection. Vinyl is cool but CDs are what I grew up with.Extremely pleased to learn that Graywhale is still a thing. They were able to find my lifetime membership despite the fact that I haven't been to a store for probably 20 years.Slim pickins, but left happy as a teenager. Gonna stop in regularly.

Having friends & family with eclectic musical tastes makes this a must stop for birthdays and gift giving holidays. If what you're looking for isn't available, of course there are gift cards. I loved one of the albums being played while we were in the shop. And the cashier took me over to the artist's album location, talked to me about the choices and why she liked each one. So I walked out with some new music that I cannot wait for Santa to leave under the tree. Always fun to shop there whether for myself or others! And it is always pleasantly busy with other shoppers, so it clearly works well in the community!

I bought a record 3/17/23. Turned out to be the wrong record so I called this location at 4:37pm and a woman answered, never saying her name. Over the phone, I asked if I can get a full refund to my card and she said yes. So i came in later that day and once I arrived I was told that they don't do refunds to cards?! Only store credit. The whole time the bald man with glasses is giving me attitude with an aggressive tone, like telling me where to stand and pointing with his finger directly at the ground saying "stand here" he must've been in a bad mood. Still no way to treat a new customer trying to get into records. So now I have nearly $40 on a flimsy piece of cardstock (gift cards are not plastic) with no receipt validating my return. Beware of some employees giving bad customer service. In fact it might be better to avoid this location, and go to the ogden grey whale instead.

The people who work in any Graywhale are amazing. Always helpful and courteous. If they don't have the music you are looking for 9 out of 10 times they can get it for you!
